Wedding and Event Planning Packages!

Kick-Off Package: $400

This 1.5-2 hour “kick off” can help you get an idea of how YOU can go about planning your wedding or event

• Venue/date review

• Discussion of every detail leading up to your wedding, through your “I dos” and beyond

• Theme and décor ideas

• Vendor Review (caterer, music, floral, photo, etc.)

• ...and receive our helpful “Blue Folder!”

Day Of Planner Package: $3500 (+10pp over 125 guests)

This essential package includes:

• Everything in the “Kick-off Package”

• K&Co will swoop back in about a month before to coordinate with all vendors you have chosen, schedule and meet deliveries, create signs, favors, seating charts and welcome bags, tie up last minute details, loose ends and tasks.

• 2 additional in-person meetings

• Attendance at the rehearsal, and night before set-up if available and last minute tasks

• Complete wedding day involvement from transporting décor, set up and break down. A member of our team will be involved in every aspect of pre-ceremony details, and another at the venue, ensuring everything runs perfectly smoothly and taking care of any problems that may arise!

*Any additional tasks can be charged at $100 per hour.

The In Between Package: $5000 (+10pp over 125 guests)

Have you already booked all of your vendors? This includes everything in the Full-Service Planner Package below, but connecting with vendors only after you have researched and hired them on your own.

Full-Service Planner Package: $6000 (+10pp over 125 guests)

This extensive package includes:

• Everything in the “Kick-off Package”

• Complete researching and booking of all vendors upon your approval

• Unlimited phone/email communication

• Lodging/dining arrangements for out of town guests

• Large multi-vendor presentation of food tasting, cake tasting, floral samples, etc to finalize vendor choices, which K&Co will be responsible for researching, organizing and ultimately booking.

• Unlimited face-to-face planning meetings when desired

• Unlimited hours of shopping, assembling and creating whatever needs to be done, i.e. invitations, welcome packages, signs, printing, etc.

• Complete wedding day involvement from set up to break down. At least 2 team members will be present doing whatever it takes to ensure everything runs perfectly smoothly and taking care of any problems that may arise!

Corporate Event Planning

To hire Karen & Company Event Planning for a specific event, please refer to our Wedding and Event Planning rates. For opportunities to put Karen & Company Event Planning on a retainer to handle all of your corporate event planning needs that are annual or may come up during the year, even last minute events, please contact us.

These services can be added as an addition to any package for $100 per hour…if there is something you need, and it’s not on the list, please JUST ASK!*

• Table setting

• Favors/welcome bag shopping, assembly and delivery

• Sign making and printing

• Dinner/lodging reservations

• Organize caterer/cake tastings

• Last minute details/errands

• Reception/event decoration and set up

• Ceremony venue/church decoration

• Shopping/assembling of “Save the Date” packages

• Stuffing envelopes and mailings

• Contacting/booking any vendor

• Face-to-Face or email consultation

• Create place cards

• Deliver needed items to venue/pack up after event

• Return Tuxedoes

• Plan honeymoon

• Deliver wedding dress to preservationist or cleaner

Depending on the involvement, we can discuss whether this would be an hourly charge, or charged as an event package. Co-parties charged as an event package will receive a 20% discount.

Small Party Package - 50 guests or less - $3000

• Everything included in the "Kick Off Package"

• Comparison and contraction of all rental needs

• Handling of all décor needs including floral and lighting if applicable

• Detailed communication and handling of caterer

• All extra shopping needs including beverages, ice, alcohol, supplemental food, etc.

• Complete use of any of K&Co’s party equipment and rentals free of charge.

• Complete delivery, set up, constant surveillance of needs during event and complete breakdown and cleaning up. You will not need to lift a finger!

*Any costs K&Co expends to fulfill services will be deferred to the host in addition to the planning cost.
